The Educational Event Sponsorship Program (the Program) is intended to serve the Mission and Goals of the OAEM. The two overall objectives of the Program are first, to facilitate delivery of relevant emergency management information and resources to the OAEM membership; and finally to provide a continuing source of revenue to facilitate the development and operation of future Educational Programs and Events.
The primary aim of the Program is to offer the Membership another opportunity during our Educational Events, to network with organizations that provide technologies, products, services and resources, pertinent to the emergency management field.
The secondary aim of the Program is to provide a new source of funding to insure the O.A.E.M. can continue to develop and deliver high quality Educational Events to it’s membership.
The Professional Development Sponsorship Program Board Member shall administer the Program in accordance with Educational Event Sponsorship Program and Policy Guidelines. The President will be involved in all Sponsor appeals.
