Our Social and Professional Networks

Although all emergency management programs have not adopted the use of social media, OAEM as an association of emergency managers recognizes the value of social media and on line networking and the importance of considering its use in ones emergency management program.  OAEM strives to effectively use social media tools and services to support our association thereby adding value for our members and to provide our members with examples and opportunities to use social media as a learning experience.

As with other OAEM programs we need volunteers to help develop and maintain our social media program. Interested members please contact OAEM Director of Communications to discuss the opportunities.

This section provides a brief summary of OAEM's use of social and professional networks.
