Cumberland NOW - Special Edition: Bridging the Gap Between Disaster Research and Practice

This edition of the magazine was edited by Ron Kuban, PhD and contributions were made by scholars and practictioners coast to coast, including members of OAEM.

You may have heard of the rising popularity of using a Zombie infestation as an emergency exercise. This article from by Elaine Pittman in Emergency Management describes various organizations now using this scenario and its origin from the University of Florida’s e-Learning Support Services department.
