Some members have experienced difficulties with our online payment system with payments being denied or not approved.  The online payment company we use, Internet Secure has stringent requirements for information being input into the system.  Here are a few tips that will hopefully help make the process easier.

1. Your information must match what is on file with your credit card company.  If your name appears on your statement as John Q Public, that is the way it must be input into the system.
