This is a wonderful opportunity for our Perth County Emergency Control Group Members, Stakeholders and Partners to network and learn!
Geoff Coulson from Environment Canada will provide an entertaining and informative presentation on severe weather, how tornados are formed, and the Goderich F3 tornado of August 21st, 2011.
A panel of "first-hand" responders from the Goderich tornado will provide insight on their experiences and lessons learned.
After lunch, we will break-out into agencies and organizations and work through a discussion-based situational exercise.
