Sponsorship Information and rates:

The Ontario Association of Emergency Managers is offering this special opportunity to you to sponsor one of our Professional Development days, our web site and professional development days or our Annual General Meeting. All of the levels of sponsorship are available at the rates indicated on a first come first served basis. 

The rates indicated below are for regular professional development days only not the Annual General Meeting.  Bronze rates are per event and the Silver and Gold rates are for one year.  The year consists of January 1 to December 31 but these rates can be pro-rated if a sponsor participates during the year.

1. Bronze event sponsorship is $750.00 per event which allows you (2 members in total) to attend the event, enjoy the workshops, 5 minutes of speaking time prior to the event your logo on the newsletter for that event, along with your lunch and snacks for the day. (4 spots at this at each workshop)
   
   
2. Silver $3,000.00 this gives you a copy of Your Logo (small size) on our web page and all of our news letters we put out. (2 spots at this for one year January 1 to December 31 of the year, this can be pro-rated as well)
   
   
3. Gold $5,000.00 this gives you a copy of Your Logo (medium size) on our web page and all of our news letters we put out.  It would also give you recognition at each one of our four professional development days. (2 spots at this for one year January 1 to December 31 of the year, this can be pro-rated as well)

Annual General Meeting Rate

AGM Sponsorship $5,000.00 this gives you exclusive rights to this event.  No other sponsors will be allowed to attend.  This will give you golf and dinner package for 4, your company logo on the AGM web announcements, all AGM mail, correspondence, and literature. A table will be provided inside our event area during the meeting and 5 minutes of speaking time at the beginning of the event.  You will be able to enjoy any meals or snacks during the event and be allowed to network during the entire event (1 spot only).
