Member Ambassador Program


OAEM’s Member Ambassador Program is an outreach campaign that leverages the power of relationships! Member Ambassadors are OAEM members (Individual, Corporate and Student) representing Canada’s largest professional emergency management and business continuity Association – Ontario’s public, private, indigenous, non-government emergency management and business continuity professional community including next generation students.

 

How to become an OAEM Member Ambassador:

 

o   Contact OAEM President Paula-Marie Jannetta at president@oaem.ca to register for your presentation event. Provide details regarding the date, audience and forum.

o   The OAEM Ambassador Presentation will be provided with an orientation email to get you started.

o   Deliver the presentation to your peers and gain feedback on the impact within your community. Above all, have fun sharing your experience with OAEM and all things emergency management! With permission, take photos of the event and send them to editor@oaem.ca so that we can highlight your positive impact on the community.


Benefits and Perks: It’s prime time for OAEM Members to raise awareness of their professional Association while presenting to their peers. Member Ambassadors receive a quality, branded thank you gift, a 1-year complimentary Individual membership and letter of appreciation for their professional portfolio including social media coverage, of course! It's another great opportunity for the OAEM Board to gain a wide range of feedback and insights regarding industry trends while creating a forum to share Association key messages and current activities - building pride and engagement across Ontario!
